Climbing
The climbing component of this event will be
entirely handled by Amir Fishman,
of Overhang Adventures. Amir
is a fully licensed and insured climbing instructor, who will provide all
climbing gear (everything excluding
rock climbing shoes), instruction and assistance required for top-rope climbing and rappelling/abseiling.
Amir will introduce outdoor climbing with a focus on
top-roping and rappelling. Corresponding anchor, rope, device setups will be
shown/explained and safety considerations overviewed in detail. The climbing
portion of this entire event will be 3 hours in duration, starting at 10AM
sharp.Waivers will need to be signed in conjunction with the outfitter's policies.
There will be absolutely ZERO TOLERANCE for any form of
delinquent/negligent/ignorant behavior which may impact the safety of others.
This will be VERY STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Hiking
Once we have rested from climbing and have had
lunch, we’ll go for a slow stroll along the escarpment. The hike portion of
this event is not intended to be of an intensive nature. The purpose here is
to relax the mind after climbing and provide
time/environment for individual reflection. You are encouraged to bring your
camera, as the views are indeed worthwhile.

for payments made after 6PM on Monday June 8th, will be subject to
0% refund but will be offered discounted deals on future arrangements with Overhang
Adventures.

not include transaction costs incurred during email money transfers.
