-Meet in front of Hockey Hall of Fame at Yonge St and Front St (30 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M5E 1X8)

-Walk to the Music Garden (2.3 km)

-Jog along the Martin Goodman trail to the Humber Bay Bridge (7 km)

-Stretch

-Walk north on the Humber Bay Park East trail to Old Mill TTC Station (4 km)
