The hike begins at the Rosedale Subway Station and
ends at the Davisville station. This is another
hike which is good for beginners as it is mostly
flat. It has with some wet marshy areas and
beautiful wide green spaces and the Ravine also
has a permanent off-leash area for dogs. Post the
Cedarvale Park, we will head towards the Beltline.
The Beltline trail was originally constructed as a 1890s commuter steam railway line that circled the City, looping from Union Station up through North Toronto. The rail line was converted to multi-use trail in the end of the last century. Here is the route we will take:
Total distance is 11 km. We will maintain a
pace of 4.5 km/hr. | |||||||
