Itinerary:

Note: ** Plan changed. Leg injury. Length reduced to 12k, slower pace, relatively flatter terrain. **
Terrain: Mixed. Wooded area, rocky sections, urban neighbourhoods and an old rail trail. Length of the hike is 12 km.

Route: Start at 55.0 on the main trail and follow the main trail till Dundas Valley Trail Center. Break for a while. Maybe lunch. Take Hamilton to Brantford Rail Trail. Weave through neighbourhoods (Old Ancaster Rd, Ogilvie St, Mill St, King St and back to the parking lot). Bruce Trail Map 8.

This hike is suitable for relatively experienced hikers. Hikers coming on this event should have some hiking experience.

Those willing to drive (mention # of passengers) and regular hikers will be given preference on the waiting list.

Parking: Roadside parking on Woodley Lane near King St. W. 2-60 Woodleys Ln, Hamilton, ON
