Cold weather is now here. Why not change up your workout routine by getting on an indoor bike and try spinning! What is Spinning? Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called (obviously enough) a spinning bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout. Event description: To be held at CYKL spinning studio downtown. This will be a guided 75 minutes lesson with music, verbal coaching and using the latest style in spinning bikes, the REAL RIDER that allows movement and turning from side to side. Our class is for training aerobic endurance, the building block to any athletic activity. Training in this zone will develop your cardiovascular system. Staying at a nice steady pace for 75 min revs up the metabolism for an energetic, fat burning, sweat inducing, fun ride.Registering and Paying for this Event: You can only register and pay for this event on CYKL's Website 2 weeks prior to Dec 3rd.
