Itinerary:

I really enjoy hiking in the city, but especially North York (Because it's my hood), so I'm posting another event.

We will be meeting at Finch Station at the Kiss and Ride. From there, we'll follow this route.

  1. Travel west along the Hydro Cut.
  2. South the G. Ross Lord Park Reservoir and south along the West Don River.
  3. Follow the Ravine into Earl Bales park and the Gwendolen Park.
  4. Back north through West Lansing to Sheppard Subway Station.

There will be a couple hills on this hike, but it's pretty easy.

NOTE: It may be windy in the hydro corridor, so please ensure you dress appropriately.

Total KM = 12 KM


Required Items to Bring:
  • Good footwear
  • Water 1-2 L and snacks
  • Clothes for cold/winter weather
  • Footwear for walking in snow

How to Get There:
Event Directions:

Finch Station is Located on the Yonge Subway line and is the most northern stop.

We'll meet at the Passenger Drop Off Area, which is located on the north-west side of Yonge/Bishop Ave. The drop off area is one block or one traffic light north of Finch Ave.
