LEARN TO LOVE HILLS! Forget the stair master, the step climber and all that indoor gym stuff. The snow and ice are melted so let's go run up and down the 100+ steps of the Baldwin Stairs leading up to Casa Loma - a great way to learn to love hiking up hills. This will be a one hour workout with everyone going at their own pace. The challenge is not about how many times you can go up and down the stairs, or how fast you can go (although that's fun too!), it's about pacing yourself so that you can make it the full 60 minutes before your legs give out! If the group gets too big we will split into two with the second lot running up and down the stairs in nearby Winston Churchill park. WEATHER: This event is going ahead rain or shine. Bring rain gear just in case and something warm to change into if you don't live closeby. | |||||||

How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | Take TTC to Dupont Station. When you exit the station go north on Spadina two blocks to Davenport and the stairs are right there.
