We'll will do a loop of the trails in the Nassagaweya Canyon, visiting Rattlesnake Point and Crawford Lake Conservation areas (about 4 hrs). We will visit the reconstructed 15th century Iroquoian village then hike back to our starting point. We will walk at a moderate pace with plenty of time to stop to admire the view and take pictures. The hike is around 17 km. Dogs MUST be kept on a leash at all times, and dog owners must pick up after their pet. Lunch will be eaten on the trail. Our hike will go, rain or shine. After the hike we will have a bite to eat and sort out the carpool cost at a local Milton Pub, Ned Devine's Irish Pub, 575 Ontario Street South Milton(905) 864-6794 This will be Colin Skuffham's first event as a new TOC event coordinator.
