You must be at a level of fitness to paddle for a few hours. You must be able to bring everything in one pack. You must be comfortable being on water in all types of weather. NOTE: Participants must wear their life jackets at all times while on the water for the duration of the trip. Participants will be required to supply their own equipment i.e. backpacks. You will need to attend a pre-trip meeting to ensure your spot. The pre-trip meeting will be held on Monday, August 23rd at 6:30 PM at Chalkers' Pub (247 Marlee Ave, near Glencairn subway).
