We will leave Toronto and head towards Hockley Valley Provincial Nature Reserve. We will be doing a 50 KM loop on the main Bruce Trail incorporating the Peter Beecham Side Trail, Glen Cross Side Trail and Hockley Heights Side Trail. Along the way we will pass a few ponds, a pine plantation, Nottawasaga River and travel through mature hardwood bush. This hike will be at a minimum pace of 5 km/hr and there will be no drop-outs. All participants must be able to hike continuously at this pace to come on this event. Our hike will go, rain or shine. Do not sign up unless you are prepared to go out in the rain. | |||||||
