Good Cardio fitness improves your health and makes hiking / backpacking more enjoyable(no really, it does!) Start at the level you are comfortable with and work your way up (just remember it's supposed to be training so it ought to be a bit tougher to do). Really, really good training (good cardio) for your hikes/backpacking trips to come or just to improve your overall stamina. Better to train (aka suffer) now and enjoy the trip later! In the span of 1 hours, we will complete the circuit oh, maybe about 5-7 times . You are welcomed to power walk around the park as well. As is customary, we'll head to a pub(Yonge/Sheppard) after for refreshments. So come on by and have a great time! This is excellent conditioning for elevation on hiking trips... | |||||||
