Itinerary:

We all know swimming is one of the best ways to get fit and stay fit. It's low impact, great for your joints and a fantastic supplement to any training program. Plus - it's really inexpensive - community pools cost under $3 a visit and most pools provide training gear, accessible by TTC or have parking facilities close by.

However, swimming programs are hard to start and maintain when you take it on by yourself. Are you swimming efficiently?

This is open to all levels of swimmers, and former competitive swimmers are welcome to join up and offer to give lessons or pointers on strokes, turns, dives or anything else they want to pass on. Beginners, this is a perfect opportunity to gain confidence among a group of friends.

Address: 200 Eglinton AVE W, Toronto. The North Toronto Memorial CC is located 2 blocks west of Yonge on the north side of Eglinton. There is parking at the centre.
