Itinerary:

So, the random hike picker has selected this urban hike for this evening.

This 10.5 KM hike will start at St Clair Subway Station and end at Broadview Station.

The hike will be on a combination of sidewalks, paved park paths, single track dirt trails, gravel trails and a decommissioned railway track.

In terms of hills, there should be about 2 climbs of about 50 meters.

I'll attempt to stop for a washroom break in David Belfour Park, but that's only 1 KM into the hike.

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack to deal with any potential ice.

    Event Directions:

    St. Clair Subway Station is located on the Yonge/University Subway Line, 3 stops north of Bloor Station.

    We'll meet outside the subway entrance located on the SOUTH side St Clair Avenue, which is beside a McDonalds, just east of Yonge Street.
    Probably underneath the tower of 21 St. Clair East. See Picture of Starting location Below.

    For those of you driving, there's a Green P parking lot located on Alvin Avenue, just east of Yonge Street and north of St. Clair.
