We will hike the lower portion of Rouge Park starting from Kingston Rd.
This hike will be on dirt trails through the forest with many hills and we will keep up a good pace.
There will be a quite a few hills.
We will find a nice spot for lunch. Bring lunch and lots of water.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:

We are meeting on the North East corner of Kingston Rd. and Sheppard Ave.

IF TAKING TRANSIT:
There are a few options to get here using the TTC and GO:

  • You can take GO Train to GO Rouge Hill and then 85A bus to get to the location
  • You can also take 85A from Don Mills Station (on Line 4) to get to the start location
  • You can also take the 131 or 129B Northbound from Kennedy and then take 95A on Ellesmere Rd to get to hike start.
  • You could also open Google Maps and put in the hike start location and it'll tell you the best option.

    IF DRIVING:

  • Look for the strip mall on Kingston Rd west of Sheppard Ave. You could park there and walk to the hike start.
  • There is a MTO Carpool Lot on the South West side of the intersection. This lot could have a parking fee. I'm not 100% sure.
  • You could park at the trail head parking of Rouge Park at 7450 Kingston Rd. and walk to the hike start.
