Itinerary:

So, the random hike picker has selected this urban hike for this evening.

This 9 KM hike will travel between York University Station and Finch West Station.

The hike will be on a combination of paved park paths, single track trails and sidewalks.

In terms of hills, there should be 3 climbs of 25 meters.

Sadly, there won't be any washrooms open on the hike, but there are some available in the York Lanes mall located beside the York University Subway Station.

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack to deal with any potential ice.

    So, we'll meet at north exit of York University Station.
    For those exiting from the subway, after passing through the presto gates, take the exit to the right and climb the stairs/escalator to find me.

    York University Station is located on Line 1, 3 stops south of Vaughan Metropolitan Centre & 1 stop north of Finch West.

    For those of you driving, the address for the station is 120 Ian MacDonald Blvd. There's a visitors parking lot for the York Lanes mall located at 75 Vanier Lane.
