Itinerary:

Welcome to my Hike For A Pint Series, where we'll be walking to either a brewery or interesting pub in the city.
The group size will be capped based on either reservation size or however many people I think I can get into a location.

You must be 19 or older to sign up for this hike.

Today's 7.5 KM hike will traverse between Christie Station to a mystery pub near the corner of Keele & Dundas.

If you register for this event, I'm going to ask that you come to the pub because:

  • 1. you could be taking a spot away from someone on the wait list who otherwise wanted to attend.
  • 2. Also because I could have a reservation and they are expecting a certain amount of people.

    This hike will be on a combination of paved park trails, alleyways, sidewalks, some single track dirt trails and a clay dirt running track.

    In terms of hills there should be about 2 short climbs.

    In terms of washrooms, I will attempt to stop in Earlscourt Park, located about 4 KM.
    Should that be closed, then I'll just head over to the Joseph J. Piccininni Community Centre instead.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A SUBWAY CLOSURE ON LINE 1 BETWEEN SPADINA & ST ANDREW STATION TODAY

    Event Directions:

    Christie Subway Station is located on line 2 Bloor-Danoforth, 3 stations west of St. George & 4 stations east of Dundas West.
    Look for me outside the entrance of the station.
    If its cold or wet, then I'll just be inside the station doors.

    For those of you driving. The subway entrance is located, just north of Bloor on the east side of Christie.
