DISTANCE: about 10 km

PACE: about 4.5 km/h

This hike will be along a mix of paved, gravel and dirt paths, with a few small hills.
We will probably cross a creek, stepping on large flat concrete blocks. Quite easy to do

Here's the route:

  • Start at Finch Station
  • east through the Hydro corridor
  • down to Blue Ridge Park
  • back to Finch Station

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Finch Subway Station is on the Yonge- University subway line
We will meet at the passenger pick and drop off Kiss 'N Ride which is on the WEST side of Yonge St
If you see a whole bunch of GO buses and TTC buses you are on the wrong side of Yonge St.

Parking is FREE on weekends in the TTC parking lot
