So, the random hike picker has selected this
urban
hike for today.
This 14 KM hike will both start and finish at Kennedy Subway Station. The hike will be on a combination of neighbourhood sidewalks, grassy fields, single track dirt trails and multi use paved trails. In terms of hills, there are a few climbs, but none over 25 metres. I'll attempt to stop for a washroom break at the washroom located in Eglinton Go Station, located about 5.5 KM into the hike. PLEASE NOTE THAT LINE 1 IS CLOSED BETWEEN YORK MILLS AND BLOOR-YONGE STATION THIS WEEKEND
I usually carry a pair of icers with me from
the first snowfall of the year until the end of
April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack
to deal with any potential ice. | |||||||

How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | Kennedy Subway Station is located on the Line 2 Bloor/Danforth at the far east end. We'll meet outisde the Passenger Drop-Off Entrance If driving, Kennedy Station is located, just east of Kennedy, south of Eglinton. Look for me in the BLUE Toronto Outdoor Club shirt Map
