Length: 11 Km This is a relatively easy hike and an opportunity to take in some unusual Ontario Terrain. I don't know how the weather will be at this time of year- it will probably be muddy and there could still be ice and snow on the trail. Since part of tthe trail is along the Caledon Trailway it will be flat and easy to traverse. This is a great hike for first timers, or for those of you that enjoy a nice easy pace on your first trip out of the season. Experienced hikers are welcome to come along if they want to "take it easy". Dogs and children are welcome. | |||||||

Event Directions: | Take Gardiner Expressway West Keep RIGHT on ramp to HWY 427 N Keep LEFT on ramp for HWY 401 West. Keep in collector lane to the RIGHT on HWY 401 Exit RIGHT onto HWY 410 and turn RIGHT (North) onto HWY 410 Turn LEFT (South-West) onto HWY 7 Turn RIGHT (West) onto HWY 10 Turn LEFT (South-West) onto RR 12 {OLde Base Line Rd} for 3.8 km Pass McLaughlin Rd and Chinguacousy Rd Look for small roadside parking lot on the left just over the crest of a hill -1 km from Chinguacousy Rd. | ||||||
