Itinerary:

By signing up for this event, you agree to, and acknowledge, the following:

  1. If you are vaccinated and have travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days, you have read and will follow the federal laws as per Government of Canada - Travel to Canada: Requirements for COVID- 19 vaccinated travellers Web site
  2. If you are unvaccinated and have travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days, you are compelled by law to be in quarantine and cannot lawfully attend this event, as per the Federal Government’s website
  3. You will take and pass the Ontario COVID-19 self-assessment on-line questionnaire. within 48 hours of the start of the event.

DISTANCE: one loop = 1.4 km

PACE: your own pace

DIFFICULTY: D2 or D3, beginner friendly, you choose intensity

Meet at Dupont Station

  1. Walk the short distance, 0.3 km, north on Spadina, to the Baldwin Stairs
    at the intersection of Spadina & Davenport
  2. First 15 mins = stretching & warming up
  3. "up-down" = up the stairs & down the stairs once
  4. 1 loop = 1 "up-down" plus, if facing the bottom of the stairs (north),
    walk west (left) on Davenport, north (right) on Walmer,
    east (right) on Austin Terrace, go past Casa Loma
    south (right) to the Baldwin Stairs
    do the reverse
    "down-up" = down the stairs & up the stairs once
    north, & walk west (left) on Austin Terrace, go past Casa Loma,
    south (left) on Walmer, east (left) on Davenport
  5. Back at the bottom of the stairs, do your own thing, one or more "up-downs" then loop, more stretching between loops, or not, it's up to you
  6. It's a circuit so no one is left behind
  7. Keep track of how many you do, this is your baseline. See how you do the next time.
  8. end at Dupont Station

It will be cancelled in the event of thunderstorms.
