Interesting new hike. I had planned to walk along the Finch Hydro Corridor Rec Trail just to York U at Keele and back, covering
16.5 km. When we got to York U, someone suggested we branch off to the Black creek trail, so we did and ended up walking a short
loop around the campus, stopping for coffee in york lanes food area. On the way back we took a route through
G. Ross Lord park, slightly different than on the way out.
We walked over the dam and around the reservoir! We ended up doing 22.5 km!! I'll run this hike again with more
modifications, probably going north in G. Ross Lord park up to Steeles Ave. ☺
We started at 10:03 AM. We finished at 2:20.
