We ended our Yoga 2 on Monday with the sound of Tibetan bells, our bodies appreciated the attention they got and most likely deserved, particularly after a long and stressful day at work. At the end, it was not difficult noticing how much our body could do before reaching the limit. Among the comments I heard include: "I can go and have a good sleep now"..."My body feels rejuvenated"..."I don't want to get up..."
I would like to thank all the participants for their positive attitude, particularly the first timers. A special thank also goes to instructor Lan who dedicated her time to run the yoga classes. I don't think you would have found a better deal anywhere in town. Lan did not only guide us through the moves but she also explained the function of the parts involved so we could better understand how our body functions. As I am writing this, my back pain has subsided. I guess the Cobra pose did the trick.
