Write Up:
We had a good meeting with 8 members present out of the 10 people registered for the event. We reviewed the basic equipment and gear everyone needs to have. What equipment will be shared (tents, pots, stove, etc.). Recommended hiking clothes versus camp clothes. Mark showed off his new sled design and he even had hand out photos. We reviewed the planned route and timing of the event and pace. We review cost expected (park fees, gas, food). Car pooling arrangements. What to do in case of emergency. Jessie volunteered to make Indian sytle vegetarian suppers for whoever was interested.
