We will review basic equipment and gear everyone needs to have. What equipment will be shared (tents, pots, stove, etc.). Recommended hiking clothes and camp clothes. We will review the planned route and timing of the event and pace. Review cost expected (park fees, gas, food). Car pooling arrangements. What to do in case of emergency.

Here is how to get to Chalker's:

By Car from 401: Take Allen Road South and exit at Lawrence ave. going west. The next road on the south side of Lawence ave is Marlee. Turn south on to Marlee for 1.2 km to Chalker's, look for a blue sign on the west side of the street.

By TTC: Take the subway to Glencairn subway station, exit the station and walk west one block to Marlee ave. Turn left and continue walking until you see the blue sign saying "Chalker's Pub Bistro". Walking distance is 0.6km.
