EVENT DETAILS

So, I sprained my left ankle .... again. Its beginning to feel better, but its not 100%, so today I'm going to do a slow easy hike to
1. Build my ankle strength up again and
2. Ensure my belly doesn't gain too much drag from all this laying around and "healing"

So, today's 6 KM hike will be a loop both starting and finishing at Kennedy Subway Station.
The hike itself will traverse over to the Pine Hills Cemetery, complete a loop on the north side of the cemetery, before heading back to Kennedy Station.

This hike will be a combination of sidewalks, park paths, some grassy (snowy) areas and cemetery roads.

In terms of hills, there are none over 25 meters on this route.

There is no washroom on the hike, however there is one located inside Kennedy Station, where this hike begins and ends.

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack to deal with any potential ice.
You can find the pair I use, 'here from Amazon'.
