This is a weekday daytime hike!

With optional Fish+Chips at the 8 km point



DISTANCE: 12 km

PACE: 5 km/h

DIFFICULTY: D3

ICERS: we may need icers for this hike. Be prepared. You should keep icers in your pack during the winter months.


There is a great fish and chips place in Leaside. Let's hike 8 km, have lunch, then hike another 4 km back to Davisville.
The restaurant is at the 8 km point. If you want to hike only and not have lunch you could catch a bus after 8 km.
OR, there are other restaurants and fast food places in the area, so you could also meet us after we have fish and chips to complete the 12 km with us.

Along a mix of paved, gravel and dirt paths.
There may be some icy and muddy sections

This hike will go forth snow, rain or shine
If you want to cancel due to bad weather, you must decide and
remove yourself before the registration cut off.
Look near the top of this page for the reg cut off date and time.
