For novice skaters - although more advanced skaters are welcome to join us. We'll meet at the ferry docks at 6.15 and go across on the next ferry to Centre Island, where we'll practice skating on the car-free, level paths until it gets dark. If you're an advanced skater, you'll find our pace too slow (unless you want to teach us!) but are welcome to come across to the island with us and meet up when done.

You may register up to noon on the day of the event.

Notes:
1. This is a practice session only; no instruction will be provided, although we'll be happy to share the little we know.
2. Rentals won't be arranged. You should have your own skates or be able to borrow someone else's in order to participate.
3. It's inevitable that there will be some falls. Helmets and wristguards are mandatory. Knee and elbow pads are HIGHLY recommended unless you're an expert skater.
