EVENT DETAILS

So, I'm recovering from an ankle injury, so this is just a short hike for me to get out and get some exercise, without hurting myself too badly.

This 4.5 KM hike will start at Glencairn Station and end at Davisville Station.

This hike will primarily be on wide gravel trails, with a few paved multi use trails mixed in.

Due to my injury, my physio does not allow me to do any hills, so this hike will be super duper flat.

Sadly, there aren't any washrooms close to the start point of the hike, nor are there any on the route.
There will be options at the end point.

We'll aim for a pace of 4-5 km/h.

Post hike, if anyone is interested I'm thinking about going to Hotblack Coffee for well a coffee post hike and maybe a snack, if you'd like to join me.

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack to deal with any potential ice.
You can find the pair I use, 'here from Amazon'.
