EVENT DETAILS

So, on August 10th, I sprained my left ankle. I've spent the last month letting it heal and am ready to start hiking again.
However, I can't rush back into it, so I'm going to lead a few short/slow 'rehab' hikes as I begin to feel better.

So, today's 5 KM is just a short route starting at Runnymede Station, heading over to High Park Station.

This hike will be on a combination of neighbourhood sidewalks, dirt trails and paved multi use trails.

There should be about 2 climbs of about 25 meters during the hike.

I'll stop for a washroom break about 3.5 km into the hike.

We'll aim for a slower pace of 3.5 to 4 KM/h

Post hike, if anyone's interested I might head to one of the cafes in the area for a bite to eat and a coffee, if you'd like to join.
