Fri, Mar 3 2006 - Royal Ontario Museum - New Renaissance Galleries (View Original Event Details)

Despite running late to our meeting point, I managed to round up all three new TOC members for our ROM evening. Even though I had been at the ROM a few weeks earlier, I never got to see all of the exhibits. And this time around, there were info cards for all the new asian galleries. It makes a huge difference to know what you are looking at!
The company was smaller this time around, but no less interesting and after 2 hours of learning, it was off for some coffee, tea or hot chocolate and socializing! Johana was relieved to sit down - 2 hours of wandering a museum can really make your feet sore! Hyesook was disappointed that she only has one month left in Canada before she has to return home to Canada, but we convinced her that she must go to the sugarbush festival for a true dose of Canadiana before she goes home. And Coco got to test out her new camera and agreed to test out the role of photo historian. Welcome Coco!
