Write Up:

A very good urban hike going thru parks ravines and some interesting residential neigborhoods.

We had 5 or 6 several minute light rainfalls, not enough to soak us, just cool us off.

At Oakbank pond in Thornhill we saw about 10 ducks up close, 2 small turtles, and a very large turtle. Its shell was well over 35 cm in diameter.

We stopped for a 30 minute lunch at Starbucks at Yonge and Centre St.
