This event was great! We all had a fantastic time at Maple Crescent Farms. As most of us were beginners, we had beautiful gentle horses to ride. The guides instructed us well and were patient. The scenery was tranquil and although there were a few mosquitos out in the Ganaraska Forest, we got through it and were very pleased. After the trail ride, we stopped at Heavenly Treats, a bakery and deli in an old Presbyterian church just a short drive away. Our beef pies and bumbleberry pies were so tasty. And we took lots of pictures. What a swell way to start the summer!
