Always a good trail to hike. Lots of mosquitoes in many areas but they were mostly flying around us and not viciously biting. Probably a good idea to do this hike from October thru March.
Two things we learned today:
- 1. if you have to tie your shoe lace it is a good idea to step to the side of the trail.
- 2. If you are following too closely to the hiker in 1 and you are not paying attention you will end up sprawled on the ground.
We had a nice lunch break beside the babbling creek
