Hi Kevin, Big THANK YOU for another great trip. Lately the weather has insured that Franklin Island canoe trips have at least rain once and some heavy winds. While it sounds a little challenging, great leadership prevails. Kevin pulled out his trusty phone, did his magic and he was able to find alternate routes that avoided any risk making the paddles awesome. Not quite sure how he managed to have the wind at our backs on the way back, but he did. Great group of participants an awesome mix of personalities and backgrounds made the conversations very interesting as well. Guess I am getting addicted… Bogna Pinkowska and this guy says... Kevin What a great weekend at Franklin island. Thank you for leading us and getting me to appreciate how amazing and what Ontario has to offer just a few hours from Toronto. The weather was as advertised so was prepared and pleasantly surprised when somehow you arranged to guide us so the wind was at our backs most of the way back. TOC somehow attracts a wide variety of personalities and your easy going style sort of weaves it all together for a truly awesome weekend. Too bad the fish were just window shopping...
