First all, welcome to our first time TOC hiker, Vicky!

All my hikes were so awesome and this one was no exception!

It was no surprise that trails looked like winter wonderland today and Hockley Valley was such a great place for hiking and nature appreciation. This hike took us along the main Bruce trail as well as the Snell Loop, the Glen Cross Side Trail and the Tom East Side Trail. We all had a good cardio today for sure.

Our hike started with the 5 of us jumped into Vicky’s van and our conversations started going non-stop. Even Don quietly sitting at the back showed us how to dress for this weather and told us his traction device.

This group hiked together, chatting and helping out as a team. Our Stephen as a "sweeper" at the back making sure nobody was behind, Allen volunteered to help lift our 10lbs lion, Simba all along and me, of course, thanked everybody's love of Simba!

On our way home, we stopped at the Gallery Café where Vicky found her favourite butter tart and pie; we then enjoyed our relax time at the pub in downtown Orangeville.

It was such an awesome hike! Thank you all coming out and be part of this team!
