There were three people for our Remembrance Day training. The weather was unsafe so we changed location to our alternate site, the Skyway Path from Via Rail at Union, to the stairs at the west end, towards Metro Convention Centre.
There are only 44 steps in the west end stairs, vs 110 steps at Casa Loma. We did 10 mins of stairs, then looped the hallway from the west stairs to Via Rail and back. On the return part of the loop we did two stairways to outside exits.
Another stairway was found with 69 steps. We'll try it next time.
One person has been training for a trip to the Grand Canyon which begins tomorrow. Have fun & let us know how it goes...!
