There were ten people on tonight's hike. The weather cooperated and it was nice to be dry, after the rain last week.
As the sun sets earlier, it is now dark when we start our hikes. This gives a different feel to the evening as we can't see usual landmarks in the ravines and parks. It also was very quiet. As we exited Cedarvale Park and walked north through a residential area, we noticed that some homes put a lot of effort into Hallowe'en decorations.
Everyone did very well. We averaged 4.6 kph.
Welcome to Sue. This was her first event.
$8.00 was collected in voluntary donations.
