There were three people on tonight's hike. The weather was perfect, 20C and a little cloudy... it didn't rain.
The Don River was quite low. South of the pedestrian bridge that crosses the Don Valley Parkway, the river floor could be seen. We noticed quite a few ducks sitting on these "sand bars".
Cherry St, north of Lakeshore Blvd, is still closed to pedestrian traffic, so we hiked west to Parliament and connected to The Esplanade from there.
We kept a good pace and averaged 4.9 kph.
