It was a lovely evening for an urban hike, so hike we did! Stopping by woods on a winter's evening (if Earl Bales park counts as woods), we built a campfire [read carefully contained mini-fire in a grill] where we warmed our hands and ate freshly toasted s'mores. Inducting some newbies into the sugary secret of a good s'more was good fun and we ended our hike high on hiking-produced endorphins and sugar. Good times!
