What a fantastic weekend
We had a late start on Saturday, but paddled hard and made our campsite by 4:00pm. The wind was against us at first, then shifted in our favour.
After setting up camp, we all went for a 2hr hike exploring the area and enjoying the views.
Supper was a wonderful potluck that finished with a homemade apple pie
Sunday morning was sunny and we headed off early, to finish the loop
Three hours of paddling and two portages brought us all back to our starting point, and our drive home.
I want to thank everyone who came out, and special thanks to the carpool drivers
