It was a busy busy day at the Fair this Saturday. As we got there, we immediately split into two groups: those looking for food and those looking for horse stuff. I went for the horse stuff, then we went for food.
So many interesting booths and animals of all sorts. Unfortunately the immense crowd made it difficult to see everything. We missed the chickens, so Dominic was a little disappointed.
We had tickets for the afternoon show that featured the superdog 'canine/equine' challenge - as each horse/rider combination completed their course, the dogs attempted their course - some were confused between the horse and dog jumps, the bulldog decided that crashing through the fence was easier than jumping it, and the border collies finished first and second. Rocky would have been proud!
We also watched some up and coming amateur jumping competition, as well as a dressage demonstration.
