Great backpacking trip.. not to hot not too cold with some mosquitoes though.. yup too early for the season. We almost did the whole park in 2 days! Excellent pace, about 9 hours 1st and 2nd day and the last day only 2 or 3 hours. The first day we walked under a light rain from the Park Office to the campsite No 5. The trail has many Hills and some places are not protected from the sun (good if is not too sunny but you will be missing a wonderful view of the park). The campsite 5 is very small (good if you don't like the crowd of Big Salmon) but it has not protection for the wind (good in bug season :p) The second day we walked from the campsite No 5 to the No 7, this walk is long but easier than the previous day. We ran into many frogs, snakes, a group of beavers (about 10!) and a huge raccoon almost the size of a baby bear :D
