Write Up:
What a day for a hike, it was sunny and warm, no bugs, no too muggy, it was just perfect!!!!

A classical Torontonian group: 6 peoples, 6 different native languages, 6 different countries. The power of diversity. We make one of Mount Nemo loops at a very gentle pace lead by team. The accelerator was pressed down when Victor’s feet touched the flat terrain, and then switch to TOC Army mode. We crossed some urban sections in Burlington and Milton. Finding a good lunch spot was a hard job, until finally we found a couple of beautiful tree trunks that were the perfect benches.

We enjoyed several encounters with wild life: eagles, woodpeckers, garbage snakes and domesticated equines.

In our way to Crawford Lake, we lost a couple of makers, but were able to find the trail back without problem. Lisa is now an expert finding Bruce trail markers. Josephine proved herself that she can hike at a really good pace, even when she is tired. Larisse can find a path when there are not enough markers to follow in Crawford Lake. Our friend Julius was practicing for his amazing backpacking trip to Bruce Peninsula. Tim explained us about all the features of the Map holder, including the special magnification cover and the USB interface (“Happy late April’s Fool day”).

It was a great day with a lot of fun!!!
