We got a great turnout. A big group of enthusiastic was lead by the Colborne Lodge Staff on a exploration of High Park. Our host Catherine was very friendly and know hundreds of tales about High Park. From time to time we stop to listen to one of the many Myths and Legends of High Park, such as the Wendigo, the Ghostly Grenadiers, the derailed train tragedy and Jemina Howard ghost. We started at the Grenadier Café, explored the trails, the Wendigo corner, the Grenadier Pond, the South side of High Park, and finally, we arrived to the Colborne Lodge. This was the end of our exploration; some braves visited the grave of John and Jeremie Howards. A group of us had lunch at Mackenzie’s, before going to the Discovery Walk in the afternoon.
