Write Up:
EFA's or essential fatty acids: Good for you when you're pregnant Good for fetal cognitive development Good for maintaining attention span with kids and reducing aggression Good for your heart Surprisingly good for fat loss, eat fat to lose fat Good for staving of dementia and other age related illnesses Good for dealing with MS and neural degeneration Best as a supplement since the amount of whole fish you would need to eat to get enough omega 3s would leave you risking heavy metal poisoning Is this an ad for a fish oil or a summary of Dr Zeifman's presentation? At the seminar we learned that we should almost certainly all fight our habits and western style diet to raise our omega 3:omega 6 ratio. Perhaps more interestingly, at the pub we learned how to make a square chicken egg, who grows their own food, whether or not Faye has a goat on her balcony and who's secret to success is skittles and ribs. Thanks for everyone who came out and thanks to the schizofrenia research fund and orthomolecular society for putting on the presentation.
