Write Up:
Fears of long lineups coupled with rainy weather scared off all but the most die hard of the TOC art lovers. For those that did wait, it turns out that by the time we got there they had figured out an orderly and efficient way of getting crowds into the gallery. Our wait time was a ½ hour and worth every second. The gallery is much larger than before in terms of usable display space.

Despite all the people there were still ways to find room. Hint, always go to the uppermost (5th in this case) floor 'cause most folks are inherently lazy therefore while it wasn't 'lonely at the top' there was definitely more space to move around in.

Also, the top floor gives you a wonderful opportunity to walk down to the 4th floor by way of a gorgeous enclosed glass staircase. From its steps you can look out onto Grange Park and the cityscape beyond that.

Lower down we made sure to check out the newest addition comprised of the large structure jutting out over Dundas Street. The inner design is amazing with beautifully crafted wooden beams that arch up to form the ceiling.

After exploring much, but not all, of the collections a few of us made our way up to Margarita's for some great Mexican food and drinks.
