Itinerary:

1.5 Hour Fitness Walk in High Park and opportunity to purchase a 2017 TOC "Badge" ($20)

This event is a brisk fitness walk and rated as a D3/D4 on walking trails and paved roads. Our route is somewhat hilly, and through the twists and turns of the park, we’ll walk for approx. 1.5 hour providing a fast cardio workout. We expect to be walking at a brisk pace of about 5km/hr for the duration of the event. If you're so inclined, there will be optional exercises to try out; jogging/running, arms/core/full-body exercises, etc...and again, it's optional!

Depending on interest, we could all go for brunch at the Grenadier Cafe in High Park.

If you're usually very slow or very fast, be mindful as we're aiming for a cohesive group with no extremes in pace or distance. Please email me with your concerns if in doubt.

If ground conditions are too wet/snow covered/slippery - our event will be cancelled and you'll be notified by email the evening before.
