You are STRONGLY encouraged to read this page in its entirety before signing up. If you'd like to attend, we ask that you abide by our rules and procedures as a time/cost saving process (with an end result of keeping membership free and lower cost events).

DISTANCE: 19 km

DIFFICULTY: 4 - This hike will have many hills and we will keep a good pace. This is NOT a beginner hike!

PACE: 5+ km/h

Max participants: about 12, depending on # of drivers, passengers, and those who will meet at event


Members on the waiting list who are willing to drive may get first priority.
Passengers will be added as drivers become available.

Parking at the hike start is VERY limited. Please try to participate in the carpooling.

DRIVERS, WHEN YOU SIGN UP, PLEASE ANSWER THE CARPOOL QUESTION REGARDING THE NUMBER OF PASSENGERS YOU CAN TAKE IN YOUR CAR!!!


  • This hike will have many hills and we will keep up a good pace.
  • We will start at Glenrouge Campground on Kingston Road and head north on the trails.
  • We'll cover a bit more of the trails than shown on the map above.
  • I've got a nice spot for a lunch stop (if I can find that log again)

Carpooling? Please arrive BEFORE the departure time. If you are late, you will miss the carpool, and the hike.

If you choose to meet at the hike start, please arrive BEFORE the start time, we will not wait for late comers.
