Itinerary:
Welcome Summer. You probably have sometimes wondered what a sculptor had in mind, when he or she created a particular Art work. Many have a story behind them. Some of these sculptures you will already know and cherish, others you maybe be neutral toward or puzzled by. Why are they there?. Many are often overlooked by the public. They can be hard to find. Many have many have different kind of Textures, Colours, and with Water. Some are very Big, High,and Small. One Sculpture is 22 tons, has been said to cost 5 Million dollars,and 2 years to make. One had severe criticism, maybe lost an election to a past Mayor. All are interesting to see. They bring life, to our City of Toronto. The pace will be leisurely, not too slow, not too fast. It all depends of the interests of the group. This Art Walk will start in the King St. and Yonge St. area. To the Toronto Eaton Centre. There will be a washroom & short food break during the walk. It is a fun way to explore Toronto. Please only sign up to enjoy this walk. If you can make a firm Commitment. After, Refreshments somewhere in the area, that can take in our group. Meet Time. 9.15-9.30 am. Start Time. 9.30 am. Please be on time.

Required Items to Bring:
Bring Smiles, wear good Walking Shoes, Water, Camera. Dress for the Weather. Sun protection. Hat. Snacks. Money for Refreshments.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:From the King St. TTC. Subway Station. Head east on King St. E. It is a short walk, from the Subway. It will be on your left. The TTC. Streetcar 504. Goes to the door. www.ttc.ca or 416-393-INFO This Tim Hortons is small. It has clean Washrooms. I will meet the group outside. Enjoy. See you there. Richard T.
