The upper Kingsway and Montgomery's Inn (1/12/2013)

Itinerary:

For those desiring a workout after the Art Murals Hike, I will lead a hike through West Dean Park trail, the Kingsway, and finishing with an optional visit to Montgomery's Inn at Islington and Dundas.

We will gather at Second Cup and head out at 1pm. You should be able to hike at 5km/h pace and have appropriate winter clothing and footwear. Icers are highly recommended.

Montgomery's Inn was built in 1830 by Irish immigrants and is now a museum. The museum admission is $6+tax, and tea and dessert served in its tearoom is $5+tax.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Take the TTC. Subway on the Bloor Line W.To Islington Subway Station. Then walk 100 meters east to 3300 Bloor Street West Toronto, Shipp Centre (Centre Tower) and find Second Cup there.
